UChicago Medicine Advent Health is seeking a Regional Medical Director for its comprehensive Neurology program in the western suburbs of Chicago. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape a growing neurology program, focusing on patient-centered care and clinical excellence. The position combines clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, allowing a physician to contribute significantly to both patient care and program development within a multidisciplinary environment.

- Comprehensive Neurology program
- Multidisciplinary diagnostic and medical management approach to neurological issues
- Growing Neurology program in Chicago's western suburbs
- EPIC EMR with DAX Co-Pilot documentation tool
- 90% of this role is in a clinical capacity, with 10% for medical director duties
- General Neurology; sub-specialty areas of interest welcome
Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional, patient centered care model for the Program that includes value, talent, and reputation
- Accountable for the performance, engagement, and collaboration of the clinical program in the Great Lakes Region
- Joint responsibility with the administrative counterpart for leadership and clinical oversight of the Program and clinical services
- Focus on clinical and programmatic excellence and quality of care
- Physician and clinical staff development
Compensation
- Annual Salary: $350k-$420K

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
- Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
- Board Certified/Eligible, required
