A non‑profit 25‑bed independent community hospital in an award‑winning Northwestern Illinois community (just outside Dubuque, IA) is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join their collegial team of five primary care physicians and two advanced practice providers due to an upcoming retirement:
- 4‑day workweek; 8‑hour shifts
- Average volume of 15 per patients day allows time for comprehensive care
- Robust specialty support including dedicated emergency medicine physicians, general surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, and more
