The campus for this role is located in Broadlands, Illinois.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a High School Principal located in Broadlands, IL. The High School Principal will oversee daily school operations, including supervising faculty, staff, and students. Responsibilities include developing and implementing educational programs, ensuring compliance with curriculum standards, managing budgets, fostering a positive school culture, maintaining discipline, and building relationships with parents, the community, and district leadership.
The principal will lead initiatives to improve student outcomes and will be responsible for cultivating a safe and inclusive school environment.
- Strong leadership and administrative skills, including staff management, decision-making, and organizational abilities
- Experience in curriculum development, educational program planning, and instructional leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, staff, parents, and the community
- Ability to foster an inclusive environment that values diversity and equity
- Proven experience in strategic planning, problem-solving, and implementing school-wide initiatives
- Knowledge of school regulations, policies, and compliance standards
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field required
- Valid state administrative certification/license required for High School Principal positions
- Previous experience in school administration or educational leadership roles is preferred
