Position: Director of Program Impact
Hours of Employment: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Monday–Thursday, or 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM; 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Fridays (Non-school days). (Occasional weekday evenings and weekends will be required).
Work Location: In‑Person
Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000, based on experience and qualifications

Position OverviewResponsible for developing and overseeing programs that enhance the educational experience and overall impact for our students. Serves as a direct supervisor to Program Managers at school sites. Strategizes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness benefiting the sustainability of all programs. Requires a passion for providing equitable educational opportunities through the community school model, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving positive change.
PrimaryJob Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Program Managers and provide direction, guidance and support to ensure high-quality program and event delivery.
- Design comprehensive plans and operating processes for instructional programs and initiatives that focus on achieving defined impact measures with social, emotional and academic student outcomes.
- Develop and lead professional development trainings and workshops when onboarding new program staff and by providing ongoing staff investment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and standards in organization and program implementation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to establish program objectives, goals, and metrics to measure impact.
- Establish and maintain robust evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and student outcomes.
- Develop data collection tools and actively monitor program effectiveness through data analysis; use information gathered to make recommendations for program modifications as needed.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and partnerships to advocate for program and company initiatives.
- Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather feedback from stakeholders and use the information to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in program development.
- Support in‑school, after‑hours, and extended day community school activities as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational leadership, non‑profit management, or a related field.
- Proven leadership abilities, including experience managing and developing diverse teams (5+ years).
- Previous experience in program development and evaluation (4+ years).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including impact reporting and creating data visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage challenges effectively.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, ability to multitask.
- Bilingual Spanish/English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in classroom management and demonstrated instructional expertise.
- Previous experience coordinating large‑scale events.
- Experience using TRAX Solutions, or other related Content Management System (CSM).
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to use a personal vehicle to transport program/event materials between sites as needed.
- Work in collaboration with the broader organization to facilitate school, community, and volunteer programs and events (
NOTE:
Must be able to remain in a stationary or mobile position, as the shift demands, and move equipment/supplies weighing up to 50 pounds). - Develop and nurture appropriate relationships with all stakeholders.
