High School Science Teacher

Location: Washburn

Duties

* Create a classroom environment that fosters appreciation of science.

* Provide high quality instruction and assessment in the subject of science including, Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, and Marine Science.

* Maintain a safe and well-organized classroom environment.

* Stay current with best practices in science education and curriculum development.

* Contribute to a positive and collaborative school environment.

* Ability to create a positive learning environment for a variety of student abilities.

* Proficiency in using technology to support instruction.

Qualifications

* Certified to teach science in Illinois (PEL).

* Successful teaching experience.
