Seeking qualified appllicants for position of Substitute School Nurse at Lake Bluff School District 65 (Pk-8)
Job SummaryTo promote excellence in education by providing direct professional nursing services, first aide, illness and emergency care to students and staff in accordance with professional standards, school policy and procedures, and state and local mandates.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse license or Certified School Nurse certificate.
- First Aid Experience;
Valid First Aid/CPR certificate - Experience working with children
Ability to move freely to various locations within the building and perform duties (typically involving frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting). Frequent repetitive activities, including hands and arms, for health office-related work. Occasional exposure to noise and activity of a school setting. Exposure to weather conditions.

The District has two schools and is located 33 miles north of Chicago along the shore of Lake Michigan.
