Location: Galva
Duties
* Provide Instructional leadership to improve student achievement.
* Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive school climate.
* Supervise and evaluate certified and non-certified staff.
* Support implementation of curriculum, assessment, and data-driven instruction.
* Oversee student discipline, attendance, and behavioral supports.
* Collaborate with the Dean of Students/Athletic Director and district leadership.
* Lead Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and staff development.
* Ensure compliance with ISBE requirements, Board policy, and state/federal regulations.
* Engage families and community partners to support student success.
* Support extracurricular and co-curricular programs that enhance student engagement.
* Uphold and promote the district's CATS values.
Qualifications
* Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with General Administrative Endorsement (Principal).
* Successful teaching and leadership experience.
* Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and school improvement.
* Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
* Commitment to Continuous improvement.
