Technical Instructor Security Clearance

Position: Technical Instructor I with Security Clearance
Location: Great Lakes

The Technical Instructor I will:
* Provide dynamic teaching & training as well as assessment that require advanced knowledge of U.S. Navy Combat Information Center (CIC) and Combat Direction Center (CDC) displays and capabilities.
* Conduct dynamic assessment of the sailors' abilities to comply with approved operational procedures and thereafter provides formal appraisal of performance with recommendations for improvement and methods to maintain technical and tactical proficiency.
* Observe and assess contemporaries during Practice and Certification Teaches per requirements NAVEDTRA 135.
* Prepare, review, and customize curriculum lesson plans and instructor guide in support of traditional classroom teaching.
* Support Course Reviews and Curriculum Updates; conducts training gap analysis provides formal feedback and recommendations for Course improvement.
* Document the training conducted with specifics of the individual areas / watch station and is responsible for generation of a formal assessment of measure of success via written report.
* Develop, test, maintain, and deliver moderately complex training programs and related materials in support of SCSTC training objectives.
* Establish and review course content and objectives.
* Conduct training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
* Maintain records of training activities, participant progress and program effectiveness.
* Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned. Requirements
* Three Years' Instructor Experience
* NEC 9502/805A
* Active Secret security clearance Preferred Requirements:
* Master Training Specialist
