Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional experience as a School Social Worker or in a related educational setting
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Social Worker
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and implementing supportive strategies for students
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and outside agencies
• Compassionate, solution-oriented approach with excellent organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and administrators to develop and monitor intervention plans
• Serve as an advocate for students and families, connecting them to appropriate community resources and services
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate, confidential records
• Support school-wide initiatives that promote positive mental health and a safe learning environment
