BGS Varsity Girls Softball Coach

Location: Brimfield

Duties

* Knowledgeable in duties, responsibilities, and safety for coaching, and promoting competitive grade school varsity softball program.

* Facilitating off-season workouts in conjunction with high school head coach, and athletic department.

* Good communicator with various stakeholders at our school including fellow coaches, administration, athletic director, teachers, students and parents.

* Work with head coaches to organize camps for the lower grade levels to build a program.

* Knowledge of the IHSA rules and regulations governing a competitive program.

* Assisting with student-centered, integrity based positive environment, enabling athletes the opportunity to excel academically and athletically.

* Actively work toward positive partnerships with other district extracurricular coaches and programs.

Qualifications

* Ability to work well with students, administration and parents

* Strong organizational skills desired

Salary/Benefits

Stipend in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
