As a contracted BCBA, you will collaborate with educators, families, and support staff, using your expertise to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Qualifications and Desired
Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Demonstrated experience in a school or educational setting, working with students who have diverse needs
- Comprehensive knowledge of ABA methodologies and ethical guidelines
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
- Detail-oriented, with strong data collection and analysis abilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student behaviors
- Design and oversee the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and support staff
- Deliver professional development and behavioral management training to school personnel as needed
- Monitor progress, evaluate behavioral outcomes, and adjust interventions thoughtfully
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and support across home and school environments
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
