Organization, rigor, autonomy, and method, ease of communication and ability to listen and dialogue, capacity to innovate and invent pedagogical tools, exigence, patience, and flexibility in pedagogical attitude, ability to welcome, explain, advise a non-specialist audience, ability to evaluate and guide the student.
