He will labor with the Elder Team to shepherd the local flock, oversee spiritual life and ministries, and provide biblically grounded guidance during worship and teaching.
The role includes pastoral counseling, weddings and funerals, and leadership to advance the gospel, with a commitment to doctrinal integrity, church covenant, and collective shepherding
