Missions

The municipal school of music and dance is a public institution that prepares its students for the musical and choreographic world, professional or amateur, through individual and collective practices. Teaching piano from initiation to the third cycle for all ages (children, adolescents, adults) at the municipal school of music and dance. Know the theory and practice of artistic languages. Have a general culture of the disciplines and practices taught. Know the programs and official qualification levels, the orientation schemes of the Ministry of Culture (General Directorate for Artistic Creation). Know the regulatory framework of specialized teaching and live performance. Know the principles of interpersonal relations techniques, and the characteristics of children, youth, and amateur audiences.

Know the functioning of an educational institution, the institutional and professional environment, the professions of live performance and culture, the local cultural environment. Know how to use the internet. Master new technologies especially for distance learning.

Art. L332-23 disposition 1 of the general code of public service - Only a contractual employee can be recruited for this position because it is a temporary increase in activity. The proposed contract cannot exceed one year, during the same period of 18 consecutive months.
