- Assist in the coordination and delivery of art classes and workshops
- Provide on-site support to teaching artists and program staff during classes and events
- Research, gather, and prepare materials and supplies for workshops and programming
- Maintain and manage inventory lists, tracking supply levels and flagging when restocking is needed
- Attend and support community workshops, festivals, and special events as needed
- Help with general program logistics and administrative tasks as assigned
- A student currently enrolled in an arts, education, arts administration, nonprofit management, or related field
- Passion for the arts and community engagement
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and a collaborative team player
- Comfortable working in a variety of settings- classrooms, community spaces, and outdoor events
- Ability to lift and transport art supplies as needed
