Second Grade Teacher

Pine Crest Elementary School is seeking a qualified Second Grade Teacher for the  school year. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering standards-based instruction, creating a positive and engaging classroom environment, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to support the academic and social-emotional growth of all students. This position is part of a collaborative three-teacher second grade team that works together to provide high-quality instruction and a consistent learning experience for students.

Pine Crest Elementary serves approximately 450 students in Georgetown, Illinois, and is committed to fostering a positive school culture where students and staff thrive. The district offers a regionally competitive salary and benefits package. Teacher contract hours are 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., depending on the assigned schedule.
