Learning Solutions Designer

Duration: 1 year contract Major

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design learning solutions that close knowledge and skill gaps and that improve individual and organizational performance.
• Build training resources in support of process and system changes and skill development workshops.
• Design and develop eLearning courses, video resources, slide decks, participant guides, learning activities, and other similar learning resources.
• Partner with subject matter experts to build training materials and update existing eLearning.
• Lead instructional design projects with stakeholders to completion.
• Maintain our eLearning library, updating courses as needed in our learning management system.
• Support the facilitation of live courses.

Education:

BA/BS required.

Experience:

3-5 years of training/instructional design or related experience. Experience with Articulate 360, Synthesia, or similar learning design software required.

Key Competencies

Required:

Knowledge of learning design principles, strong communication skills, excellent project management capabilities, and strong team orientation.
