Oversee all Work Based Learning Support existing relationships with business partners; establish new partnerships in program areas as needed Communicate with home schools on all points of WBL (Eligibility, follow through, etc) Communicate with supervisors regarding start/end dates, calendar Schedule interviews for students with business partners prior to beginning of rotations Perform site visits and provide evaluation tools to supervisors Attend advisory group meetings with teachers and business partners Track and collect data via WBL software Report to Director, BOC with trends, issues, successes of program Participate in VALEES, regional, state and national conferences to enhance WBL practices Meet with students at beginning of academic year to introduce WBL program, discuss career pathways Work with students to create a relevant, professional resume Organize and schedule mock interviews for students;

collaborate with classroom teachers to carry out and deliver feedback Prep students in anticipation of mock interviews, provide feedback Perform site visits to monitor students, give feedback and provide remediation when necessary Create database of area job openings, posting them in school, on website, social media outlets Assist students with job applications and preparation for interviews
