Virginia Commonwealth University’s Schaberg New Teacher Support Program seeks New Teacher Mentors to provide structured mentoring and professional support for early-career teachers in partnership with Richmond Public Schools.
The role is hybrid, with virtual and in-person mentoring, classroom observations, and collaboration with district leaders. Mentors work 10–12 hours weekly, supporting 4 to 8 mentees.
