With a start date as soon as possible and commitment through June, you will make a meaningful impact with flexible scheduling choose between five half days per week or three full days to fit your lifestyle, totaling 15 hours weekly.

Qualifications &Experience:
- Current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with ESL endorsement required
- Experience teaching in K-12 educational settings, ideally as a general education or ESL teacher
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
- Passion for cultivating inclusive, supportive learning environments for English language learners
- Design and implement effective lesson plans tailored to English language learners needs
- Deliver engaging instruction that promotes language development and academic achievement
- Assess student progress regularly and adapt strategies to support individual growth
- Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to encourage student success
- Maintain accurate records and provide constructive feedback to students and families
