Constellation Energy seeks an M&T Instructor to deliver high‑quality training on energy monitoring and targeting (M&T) systems for utility and commercial customers. In this role, you will design and deliver classroom and virtual courses on data collection, metering technologies, energy analytics software, and performance reporting. You will develop training materials, labs, and case studies that help learners interpret energy data, identify efficiency opportunities, and support sustainability goals.
You will also assess learner progress, provide feedback, and partner with engineers and program managers to continuously improve course content.
