Services LLC – Amazon Prime Air Team is seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Flight Monitor to contribute to safe, efficient drone delivery in real‑time. Candidates will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure optimal operations.

• Continuously monitor the status of all active drone flights within the assigned region using advanced monitoring systems.
• Ensure all flights comply with regulatory requirements and company safety policies.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to implement immediate response strategies to mitigate risks and resolve situations.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on flight activities, incidents, and anomalies; provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Apply analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Lead and work collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills in a high‑pressure environment.
• Adhere to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes.

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of weather patterns for flight operations.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to carry or lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours, and perform push, pull, squat, bend, and reach motions.
• Experience interpreting flight monitoring systems or similar technical platforms.
• Experience with FAA regulations or similar aviation regulations.
• Computer skills and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to perform consistently in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.
• Demonstrated record of good attendance and punctuality.

• Experience in aviation, drone operations, or real‑time monitoring roles.
• Experience with technical or engineering record‑keeping methods and tools.
• Excellent decision‑making capabilities under pressure.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation.
• Strong multitasking skills in fast‑paced settings.

• May require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws.
• Subject to Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing for safety‑sensitive functions as defined by the FAA.
• Work environment may involve variable noise levels, temperatures, and weather conditions (including outside and refrigerated environments).
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Location:

USA, IL, Markham – $35.00 per hour.
