Quality Engineer / Manufacturing Quality Engineer
Join a dynamic team where precision, safety, and continuous improvement shape every decision. Our client, a manufacturer of engineered industrial systems, is seeking a Quality Engineer to play a critical role in advancing product reliability, vendor quality, and internal compliance.
This is a highly visible opportunity with advancement potential and involvement in impactful change and improvement initiatives within the corporate manufacturing facility.
Why You Should Apply- Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 depending on experience.

- Develop and implement product inspection standards and quality workflows.
- Evaluate vendor quality systems and manage corrective actions.
- Manage internal quality audit programs.
- Participate in and lead elements of change management processes.
- Determine needs for First Article Inspection Requests (FAIR) and manage execution.
- Document and improve work processes and inspection criteria.
- Coordinate training for quality tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage non-compliance investigations and drive corrective action.
- Lead continuous improvement and quality-driven projects.
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of applied quality engineering experience.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AAR M-1003 systems.
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and quality system documentation.
- Able to travel up to 30%.
