Quality Engineer / Manufacturing Quality Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and implement product inspection standards and quality workflows.
  • Evaluate vendor quality systems and manage corrective actions.
  • Manage internal quality audit programs.
  • Participate in and lead elements of change management processes.
  • Determine needs for First Article Inspection Requests (FAIR) and manage execution.
  • Document and improve work processes and inspection criteria.
  • Coordinate training for quality tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage non-compliance investigations and drive corrective action.
  • Lead continuous improvement and quality-driven projects.
About You
  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of applied quality engineering experience.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AAR M-1003 systems.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and quality system documentation.
  • Able to travel up to 30%.
