Overview
As a Chemical Process Engineer Manager at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will utilize your in-depth understanding of chemical process engineering fundamentals to deliver innovative solutions, collaborate with and manage engineers, and impact the development of groundbreaking projects and Advanced Materials products.
Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise to ensure the operation produces product that meets all quality, cost, and efficiency requirements
- Lead a team to identify ways to improve safety, quality, yields, and the capability of existing processes while also assisting in the scale up and implementation of developmental products/processes
- Lead continuous process improvement to drive KPIs for the operation to meet goals established by the business along with providing technical guidance to the operations team to assist with process troubleshooting along with developing corrective action plans
- Deliver high impact process improvement projects yielding significant reductions in defects/costs and increased productivity in the operation
- Develop data-driven solutions, using process controls & monitoring, to achieve an injury-free and high efficiency operation
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or other science related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience

- Six Sigma certification
- Chemical manufacturing experience
- Experience with identifying process changes

CompensationThe annual base salary range for this position is 138k-175k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive eligible.
