This role combines Project Engineering, Reliability Engineering, and EHS Management to drive operational excellence and safety. You will oversee capital planning, budgeting, and project execution, ensuring seamless integration of new equipment and maintaining plant documentation. You’ll enhance maintenance systems, analyze risks, and apply problem‑solving tools to boost reliability and reduce downtime. As EHS leader, you’ll manage environmental permits, ensure regulatory compliance, foster a strong safety culture, deliver training, and champion employee health initiatives—all while partnering with cross‑functional teams to align projects and programs with strategic goals.
WhatYou’ll Need
- Possess a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 5 or more years of experience within a heavy engineering manufacturing environment
- Have the ability to conduct typical plant mechanical engineering design and develop technical specifications
- Have working knowledge of EHS Policies and Procedures and documentation management
- Show strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong leadership and organizational skills
