Constellation Energy is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support Maintenance & Asset Management in our Energy & Utilities operations. This role develops and optimizes preventive and corrective maintenance plans, coordinates resources, and improves asset reliability for critical generation and distribution equipment. The Maintenance Planner will own work order creation, materials planning, and outage scheduling while using CMMS/EAM tools to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Collaborating closely with operations and engineering, you will analyze maintenance performance, drive reliability improvements, and support continuous improvement aligned with Constellation’s culture of innovation, sustainability, and safety-focused execution.
