As a Maintenance Planner at Constellation Energy, you will develop and optimize maintenance plans for power generation and energy infrastructure within the Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. You will own the scheduling and coordination of preventive, predictive, and corrective work to improve asset reliability, minimize downtime, and support safe, compliant operations. Partnering with engineers, operations, and contractors, you will manage work orders in the CMMS, forecast resources and materials, and analyze maintenance data to drive continuous improvement in a culture focused on innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.
