We support territories in meeting the challenges of climate change.
Within the South Littoral service (drinking water networks, sanitation, and Wastewater Treatment Plant – WWTP), you contribute to the continuous improvement of operational performance: process reliability, performance monitoring, and improvement of service quality, safety, and compliance.
Your main duties will be as follows:
1) Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement:
Conduct improvement projects (Lean/Kaizen, 5S, standardization) on-site and in the office.
Propose and deploy operational standards (operating modes, checklists, team routines).
2) Performance Monitoring:
Analyze data (CMMS, supervision, GIS, operational reports, quality)
Follow action plans, measure gains (quality, deadlines, safety, costs) and structure feedback.
3) Optimization of Operational Activities:
Participate in the optimization of preventive/corrective maintenance (equipment criticality, maintenance plans, scheduling).
Contribute to the improvement of intervention management (prioritization, preparation, quality closure, traceability).
Support cross-functional topics: reduction of losses, improvement of efficiency, limitation of overflows, continuity of service.
Master in Water Science (or equivalent)
Critical thinking, ability to analyze and verify the consistency of data
Precision, methodology, and attention to detail for data qualification
Good writing skills and autonomy
