Mechanical Engineer 1

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineering Draftsman/Design Engineer with advanced expertise in creating engineering sketches, technical drawings, and making precise computations. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents, as well as a strong background in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed sketches, engineering drawings, and perform accurate computations based on technical specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and computer-generated reports to support engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop and refine product designs and layouts.
  • Use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to produce detailed models and plans for engineering projects.
  • Ensure that all drawings and models comply with company and industry standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting design-related issues and make modifications as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure the accuracy of all technical materials.

Requirements:

  • Advanced ability to create sketches and technical engineering drawings.
  • Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical reports.
  • Strong experience using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid Works, CATIA) for design and drafting.
  • Familiarity with technical computations and applying mathematical concepts to design processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and other team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
