We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer with proficiency in CAD and Creo to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and modification of mechanical components and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in mechanical engineering and grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of detailed mechanical designs and 3D models using Creo and CAD software.
  • Modify and update existing designs based on project requirements and feedback from senior engineers.
  • Collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and optimize product functionality.
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for mechanical parts and assemblies.
  • Support the prototyping and testing of mechanical components to ensure they meet design standards and performance specifications.
  • Conduct basic analysis on components and systems for strength, tolerance, and material selection.
  • Maintain and organize design files and databases for ongoing and completed projects.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas to improve processes and product designs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Creo and CAD software (experience with other 3D modeling software is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and material properties.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and engineering documentation standards is a plus.
  • Internship or prior experience in mechanical design or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
