Reporting to the Head of the Material Division, you will support teams in the formalization and continuous improvement of our material processes up to production.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
Formalization of the Material Division Processes
• Supporting managers, trainers, and controllers in the formalization of technical standards, creating training materials, and sharing experience feedback
• Documenting the procedures of the material division
Continuous Improvement of Material Qualification
• Participating in the aging project of safety stock and continuing the study on the workability of our leathers
• Strengthening risk analysis during the development phase
• Contributing to the improvement of the material qualification process (panoramic…)
Profile sought
Bac+4/5 degree (engineering school, university, or equivalent), ideally with a specialization in materials (textile, leather). A taste for the field, responsiveness, and team spirit. Ability to structure and follow projects. Comfortable with data analysis and computer tools (notably Power BI).
Position located in Verneuil-en-Halatte (60). Site poorly served by public transport - Vehicle recommended.
