Job Description

The role involves assembling and disassembling engines to conduct various tests, including validation and certification tests, within engine test cells. You will collaborate closely with a team of three engineers, focusing on standard work creation for new engine assembly and disassembly, providing necessary tooling for mechanics, and conducting simple design work.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble and disassemble engines for testing purposes.

+ Conduct validation and certification tests on engines.

+ Develop standard work procedures for new engine assembly and disassembly.

+ Design and provide specific tooling required by mechanics for engine disassembly.

+ Collaborate with a team of engineers to fulfill various requests and ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in manufacturing engineering.

+ Proficiency in tool design.

+ Strong mechanical engineering skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mossville, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.44 - $31.25/hr.
