Caterpillar Inc. is looking for entry-level Materials Engineering professionals for the 2027 Engineering Rotational Development Program (ERDP) – Materials Science Track. Participants will rotate through three 12-month assignments, primarily in the midwestern United States, gaining experience and technical skills aligned with Caterpillar’s mission.
Responsibilities include deepening understanding of materials, failure analysis, quality engineering, and product development. Candidates must hold an ABET-accredited degree in Materials Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
