PGI in Albion, IL is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multiple disciplines from project initiation to closure. You will drive planning, budgets, risks and capital requests, while enhancing maintenance and manufacturing engineering to maximize equipment efficiency.
The role requires 5–7 years supervisory manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and solid Lean Manufacturing knowledge. This is a full-time on-site position with standard day shifts in Albion, IL.
