E+ES currently has an opening for a Power Electronics EOL Test & Validation Senior Engineer
. This position is located in Mossville, Illinois and is responsible for the production manufacturing EOL (End‑of‑Line) test of Power Electronics product lines. The incumbent will report to the E+ES Power Electronics Manufacturing Engineering Manager and will partner with global engineering and supplier‑partner teams. You will lead the planning and delivery of complex projects, continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technology, and drive collaboration in a cross‑functional environment.

- Implement and improve testing, development, and validation techniques, processes, tooling, and machinery to maximize product quality.
- Resolve issues regarding design or manufacturing, ensuring design acceptance and manufacturing readiness.
- Participate in the adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, computer‑aided manufacturing software, etc.) to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Plan and improve testing procedures and operations to make the test more reliable, efficient, and cost‑effective.
- Monitor results, machine and process capabilities, and performance reliability.
- Hold a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum, or possess equivalent experience in an engineering function.
