Duties
Guide project development for military units by defining the scope of work, cost variables, and design specifications.
Evaluate command programs and development plans for construction and renovation by conducting economic analyses to determine project viability.
Develop inspection, maintenance, and repair standards for real property facilities to ensure compliance with all environmental, energy, and safety standards.
Review designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure technical adequacy and conformance with regulations for master planning and facilities projects.
Coordinate facility requirements and needs for all unit re-stationing and relocations to provide headquarters-level engineering support.
Analyze problem areas to inform site selection, installation development, and overall project feasibility for major facility engineering functions.
