- Years of experience: 1-3 years in the manufacturing industry.
- Degree requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience - Do you accept internships as job experience: yes

- Masters will be overqualified
- Communication in both verbal and writing
- Team player
- Data collection analysis

- Gages and measurements
- MS Office Software (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of internal combustion engines
- ASQ CQE certification
