As a Lead Stress Engineer in Saab's Engineering & Design organization, you will own structural integrity for advanced defense and aerospace systems. You will lead stress analyses using hand calculations and FEA, define load cases, and verify strength, stiffness, fatigue, and damage tolerance to meet stringent military and civil standards. Partnering with multidisciplinary teams, you'll guide design decisions, support test and certification, and mentor engineers in an innovative, mission-driven, global environment focused on safety, reliability, and long-term societal security.
