As an Electrification Site Solution Development Engineer, you will be part of the Electrification & Energy Solutions division supporting cross-functional teams. Job Title: Electrification Site Solution Development Engineer

• Design and develop customer- or site-facing electrification solutions, managing the entire process from requirements analysis to engineering implementation.
• Translate business and site-specific requirements into detailed system definitions, key technology selections, and integration strategies.
• Support solution integration, prototype validation, testing, and performance analysis to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including system, electrical, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality to drive technical reviews and decision-making.
• Participate in cost assessments, manufacturability evaluations, and reliability analyses to meet business objectives and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or related fields).
• Experience in electrification, energy systems, or site solution development with a focus on system integration and testing.
• Strong technical analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, especially in prototype development and system debugging.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation, design review processes, and test validation methodologies.
