We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $37.07/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.

Lab testing of electric drive components and systems - performance and durability testing, failure / root cause investigation.

Conduct detailed inspections and root cause investigation into motor and generator failures. Inspections involve hands-on work, consisting of electrical checks, visual inspections, x-ray review, material and fluid analysis

• Years of experience: 1-2 years experience, can accept masters, associate degree 4-5 years
• Degree requirement: BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering
