• Provide cashiering services to patrons and support cashiering operations following internal controls and company policies.
• Process casino credit applications and verify patron identification.
• Process table fills and table credits to live gaming devices.
• Process jackpots to electronic gaming devices.
• Enter data in the computer system.
• Exchange chips for cash, coin sales, redemption, marker issuance and redemption, and front money/safekeeping transactions.
• Complete related documentation in accordance with internal controls.
• Balance funds and record amounts on a cashier’s check‑out sheet.
• Check in and out within a reasonable amount of time.
• Assist patrons with questions and guide them to safety during emergencies as instructed by management or security.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, communicating pleasantly, friendly and professionally.
• Perform duties related to the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self‑Exclusion Program.
• Apply federal currency reporting requirements.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Proficient with iOS devices.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a casino or gaming environment preferred.
• Physical ability to bend, stand, lift at least 25 pounds, operate computer devices, and work in a noisy or dim environment.
• Manual dexterity and ability to use basic math and typing skills.
• Must hold an occupational license as required by the Illinois Gaming Board.
