• Warm Welcome:
  Be the first point of contact, warmly greeting customers as they arrive at our service department.
• Customer Assistance:
  Guide customers to the appropriate advisors or areas, ensuring a seamless service process.
• Service Coordination:
  Maintain the flow of traffic in the service drive while coordinating with advisors and technicians.
• Professional Communication:
  Answer basic customer inquiries and provide a friendly, helpful experience.
• Maintain Cleanliness:
  Keep the service drive and waiting area neat and organized.
• Teamwork:
  Work closely with advisors and other team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Customer-Focused:
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Organization:
  Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism: A polished appearance and demeanor to represent the Motor Werks Honda brand.

  A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Experience:
  
  Previous customer service experience preferred but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
