We are seeking an experienced Controller for one of our client divisions to join a fast‑paced, high‑growth organization. This role will work directly with the CFO and oversee all division‑level accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in Big 4 or public accounting

Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of the division’s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies, maintaining fiduciary responsibility across all accounting processes.
- Oversee month‑end close, financial analysis, and reliability of reporting.
- Partner closely with senior management, acting as both advisor and challenger on financial decisions.
- Manage and develop a considerable large team.
- Oversee banking, budgeting, pricing strategy, and accounting system utilization.
- Conduct site visits to ensure financial oversight extends to operational performance.
- 8–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Big 4/Public Accounting foundation preferred
- Prior industry general ledger/month‑end close experience in construction, real estate, wholesale or a related field
- Demonstrated team leadership experience
—must have managed people and processes. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
- High exposure, working directly with the CFO.
