Job Title: Financial Recovery Representative (Collections)

We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Financial Recovery Representative.

We are seeking a Financial Recovery Representative to support the Financial Recovery Department by assisting in the collection of past due accounts and processing paperwork associated with bankruptcies and repossessions.

• Contact members with delinquent accounts by phone and mail and take appropriate action to bring accounts current.
• Make recommendations to repossess or charge off account collateral when other arrangements to bring the loan current are unsuccessful.
• Maintain accurate files and reports on all collections activity.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activity as directed.
• Inform management of trends in loan underwriting contributing to delinquent/charged-off loans.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.

Must be able to work and travel to different credit union locations as determined by management.
