Salary range: $55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Classification: FLSA exemption

Schedule:

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday AM

• Process payroll accurately and timely for hourly and salaried employees across multiple locations
• Review timecards, employee changes, pay adjustments, deductions, and payroll‑related data
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies prior to payroll processing
• Partner with Operations, HR, and leadership teams to ensure payroll information is complete and accurate
• Support payroll audits, reporting, and record maintenance
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with payroll practices and policies
• Ability to work with Operations and leadership teams in a fast‑paced environment and follow issues through resolution

• Assist with account reconciliations and financial record maintenance
• Process invoices, billing, and accounts payable/receivable activities
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide administrative and accounting support for special projects and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and leadership teams to support business objectives and resolve accounting‑related issues

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related experience
• Previous payroll processing, finance, or accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience processing payroll in ADP
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP Workforce Manager
• Accounting or finance experience beyond payroll
• Experience supporting operations, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics environments
