Loan Processing Specialist

Citizens Community Bank is looking for a detail-driven and customer-focused Loan Processor to join our growing lending team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in creating a seamless lending experience for our customers while supporting a team that values community, collaboration, and exceptional service.

• Process and prepare consumer, commercial, and real estate loan documentation
• Review loan files for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with loan officers, and customers, to gather necessary information.
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
• Manage loan files and ensure timely processing to meet closing deadlines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lending process
• Have at least 2 years of experience in loan processing or a related field.
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills
• Are proficient with loan processing software and MS Office Suite
• Demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and customer service.
• Have hands‑on experience with Fannie Mae guidelines and documentation standards.
