Credit Collections Analyst

We’re seeking a Credit Collections Analyst in Elburn, Illinois to manage and analyze customer credit requests and execute aggressive collection campaigns while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Review and process customer credit requests for the assigned portfolio.
• Engage in aggressive collection activities through phone, email, fax, and written correspondence.
• Create and analyze collections aging reports to identify high‑risk accounts.
• Prepare accurate credit‑related reports for management.
• Conduct financial analysis of customers and assess risk using industry ratios and credit history.
• Research industry benchmarks including liquidity, profitability, credit history, and cash flows.
• Evaluate income growth, management quality, market share, industry risks, and collateral value.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of credit and collections experience (or degree with 3+ years of experience).
• Relevant training or certification from the Association of Credit and Collections Professionals preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of collection laws and regulations.

• Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of approved PPE, including respirators.
• Ability to meet fit‑test requirements for respirators.
