Position Overview
As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in West Dundee, IL at the West Dundee Branch.
Responsibilities- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
- Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
- Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position products to meet their needs.
- Educate customers on options for managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures and demonstrate sound judgment within established limits.
- Demonstrate heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
- Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations, and able to leverage that information to create customized solutions.

- Requires 3+ years of relevant experience or product knowledge;
Associate degree or equivalent acceptable.
- No degree required, but an associate degree or equivalent accepted.
- No required certifications or licenses.
