Position Overview
As a Part‑Time Teller within PNC's retail branch organization, you will be based in Chicago, IL at the Beverly branch (10701 S Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60643). Your role is to deliver a unique customer experience that improves customers' financial wellbeing and builds loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Responsibilities- Process a variety of customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and on options for managing transactions via technology and tools.
- Identify banking and product opportunities during conversations and refer customers to appropriate branch staff.
- Engage customers in the lobby to connect them with suitable PNC products.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems while adhering to all policies and demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Focused – Demonstrate knowledge of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations.
- Managing Risk – Assess and effectively manage risks associated with business objectives and activities to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; prior banking or retail experience is not required. Comparable experience and certifications (including military service) may be considered.
- No degree required.
- No certification required.
Base Salary: $17.31 – $28.85 per hour (may vary by location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education). Incentive compensation eligibility based on performance.
