Collections Specialist

• Work on high-impact, late-stage commercial accounts (200+ days past due)
• Opportunity to take full ownership of a defined portfolio (~100 accounts)
• Develop advanced negotiation and resolution strategies beyond standard collections

• Manage and resolve a portfolio of delinquent commercial accounts
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to secure payments and negotiate terms
• Escalate accounts to legal or repossession when necessary
• Perform research and skip tracing to locate customers
• Document all account activity and prioritize based on risk and exposure

• Experience in collections or high-volume customer service
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience managing a high-volume workload
